The latest advances in robotics

Coinciding with Maquitec, the 40th International Symposium on Robotics featured a prototype of a driverless passenger vehicle and a surveillance robot capable of detecting movements, dangerous gases or anthrax.

The event, held from 10 to 13 March, brought together researchers and professionals from all over the world to analyse the latest advances in robotics for industry and the service sector.

The event was organized by the Spanish Association of Robotics and Production Automation Technologies (AER-ATP) and sponsored by the International Federation of Robotics (IFR).
